Enjoyed sitting on the rooftop again. Note - Rooftop dining opens at 5:00 p.m. when weather permits. Always lovely. They seem to have some new management in place but happily most of their favorite menu items remain. I had the Victoria Salad, always great and asked the beef to be cooked medium well they did. Remained tender and tasty! The chicken pot pie looks beautiful and tastes great too. Also sampled some of their chicken wings (on the "bar menu", ask for it) which were really well done. Only negative was as the sun set the roof area gets chilly. When we asked about bringing over one of their heaters, our server informed us they weren't working. huh? Apparently only 2 were working and those were designated for the bar area. The other 5 huddled in a corner like boys at a middle school dance. If you want to make this rooftop work, those heaters are pretty important during the transitional seasons.

Whiskey Bravo has a brand new chef and mostly new menu. We dined here in the "off season" and received an excellent welcome and service. It was happy hour so glasses of wine were half off, yay! We were here with a groups so we got to see many of the new menu items. I ordered the grilled wings and the wedge salad. Both were wonderful, the sauce on the wings was just spicy enough and delicious. The wedge is so big that it is almost enough for a meal. Hubby ordered the chicken pot pie, which I believe is a new menu item. It was beautifully presented with flaky crust on top, he pronounced it fantastic. Others had the cauliflower (filling, spicy and well presented), the grouper, delicious and the Victoria salad. The Victoria salad has been on the menu for a very long time. Our friend who ordered it said that the dressing was different and she didn't like it as well as the old dressing. The chef came out to say hello, which was a very nice touch. Thumbs up for the new changes!

If u have not tried this restaurant it is a 'must'! The beautiful building and Gulf views r among the best on 30A. This is 'fine dining' without the 'attitude' of other establishments along 30A. Service is wonderful at the unique, custom designed bar, as well as while dining. The Varied menu is easy to find many items that do NOT disappoint! Don't be surprised to see the new chef visiting tables or the amazing owners welcoming guests. We always look forward to trips to 30A so we can drop by 723!

This is a very busy area so I sought out restaurants that took reservations for dinner. 723 Whisky Bravo was actually very reasonable for this area, the quality of food and comparing it to others like it. Despite our reservation, we did have a small wait, perhaps 10 minutes. Not a big deal. They were turning people away while we were waiting, so we were grateful. Our servers were very knowledgeable and took great care of us. They answered questions about the specials and guided us when we needed it, all while keeping our drinks filled. We were pleased. The food was good. Not great, exactly, though some elements were. I had the Smoked Tuna and Salmon dip for an appetizer, which was amazing. I'd honestly prefer it without the salmon, but it was still out of this world. My favorite thing I had this night! Also at the table we had fried macaroni and cheese sticks. Sounds like bar food, right? I have to say, I tasted a bite and darned if they weren't good. I ordered Shrimp and Grits for my entree. It was fine, many will love it. But, we are so close to Charleston here, I think my expectations were simply too high. My son had a steak which was great, and I ate his vegetables, which were amazing! Slightly charred and still a little crispy. We were so stuffed we couldn't get dessert. I will mention that the inside decor was like an airplane hangar, I suppose as a nod to Eglin Air Force Base so close. The guys in our party loved that. There was a kid's menu and there were a few dining while we were there, so bring your family! I'd say the dress is dressy/casual. If we return to Seaside, we'd definitely come back for another visit, perhaps lunch on the rooftop.

Showed up at Whiskey Bravo around 7PM on a Friday night with 8 people. We were immediately seated and given drinks. Tuna dip and chips were a really good starter, although I might have preferred it warm rather than cold I ordered the shrimp and grits. They arrived very soon and were hot and great presentation. The shrimp and grits were very tasty, although I wished I had ordered my daughter's tuna instead as it had a lot more flavor and was very, very good. We ended dinner with bread pudding. It was also very good. The place was very clean and modern. Lots of nice signed sports memorabilia from Masters, Ryder Cup, etc. service was very welcoming and kind. Overall a nice experience.
